Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace is a 1/2 day short course aimed at anyone who wants to learn about inclusion and diversity in order to create inclusive workplaces. 

The course will develop your confidence and competence in working with and managing people from different backgrounds and experiences, enabling you to harness unique talents for the benefit of both individuals and your business.

Course Description

The course is research-informed and practice-led, using interactive discussions, case studies, and peer-supported, exploring many aspects of diversity and inclusion at work.

 

Cohort options: 

COHORT 3: Tuesday 21st January 2025, 9.30am-11.30pm (online via Teams)

COHORT 4: Tuesday 13th May 2025, 9.30am-12.30pm (Face-to-face at NTU)

 

Accreditations 

This is a non-accredited course, an attendance certificate is issued after course completion.
