The Project Management microcredential is designed to meet the expectations of a Level 5, this is a 20-credit academic module in addition to the Project Management knowledge, skills, and behaviours that are required in everyday working life.

The microcredential will be delivered over 3 full days of learning, in addition to the student’s own time in researching project management and undertaking a small project of their own; there is one assessment expectation related to this microcredential which is a written assignment. There will also be 3 online tutorials/ workshops which will be arranged with tutors and students during sessions.

It provides insight into how leaders can engage with key issues strategically, in order to make more effective leadership decisions that shape organisational success.
