The UK Field Course to Pembrokeshire, Wales, will focus on marine and coastal ecology. The trip will run from Monday 5th October 2026 to Monday 12th October 2026, departing from Brackenhurst. During the course, we’ll be staying at FSC Dale Fort (http://www.field-studies-council.org/centres/dale-fort.aspx).
The University will cover 80% of the total cost of the trip. Students are asked to contribute the remaining 20% (£137.62), which goes towards travel and accommodation.
To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of £68.81 is due by Friday 29th May. The remaining balance will need to be paid by Friday 14th August.
If you’re on the sandwich course and planning a placement for 2026/27, please note that you are not expected to pay the deposit by the 29th May, however the full non-refundable payment will be required by 14th August if you haven’t secured a placement by that date.
