Postage and delivery information

Postage is NOT included in the price displayed but will be advised at checkout.

Postage costs:

UK - £2.00 postage

Europe - £5.00 postage

Overseas - £9.00 postage

If preferred, you can opt to collect your item(s) from the NTU City site.  If you choose this option, we will contact you to discuss collection arrangements.

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post, European and overseas orders will be sent by standard airmail.  Delivery times will vary dependant on location.

If required, express delivery is available at an additional cost – please email [email protected] with brief details of your location, order requirements and desired timelines to obtain expedited options and charges.

We aim to despatch 2-3 working days on receipt of order.
