Bookings will close at midday on Fridays for the weekend of your stay, so early booking is recommended. We offer single rooms in shared apartments in Nottingham Trent University’s city campus accommodation, which is ideal if you're looking to be based in Nottingham's lively city centre and want an economical place to stay. Bookings are taken on a seven-night basis, from Saturday to Saturday. The rooms are single occupancy, with a private bathroom. Note: You must be aged 18 or over to make a booking. If aged 15 then you can stay as long as you are accompanied by a parent/guardian. You must book two rooms and contact us so we can allocate your rooms next to each other. If you're aged 16 or 17 then you can stay unaccompanied with agreement from a parent/guardian by completing a consent form before arrival. To support safeguarding, all guests aged 16 and 17 will be accommodated together in the same halls of residence. The reception and security team are available 24 hours, and there will be a dedicated supervisor(s) during the evenings and mornings, outside of class times. Guests will be provided with a mobile number for the supervisor(s) during their stay. You can check-in from 2 pm on arrival and check-out is before 11 am on departure. There is limited on street pay-and-display car parking outside Gill Street South on Hampden Street for drop off and collection. Bed linen and a towel are provided, but you should bring your own toiletries and food. Frequently Asked QuestionsThe room is available Saturday to Saturday . Do I have to arrive on the Saturday? No, the room will be waiting for you, so if you prefer to arrive on Sunday or Monday then that is fine. The cost is the same regardless of how many nights you stay. Will there be someone on reception when I arrive? The halls are managed 24 hours so there will be someone to welcome you when you arrive. What do I need to bring? Your bedroom will include a bed pack when you arrive. You should bring your own towel, toiletries, food, phone chargers (and adaptor plugs if you are coming from overseas) and anything else you would normally take on a trip. Can two people share a room? No, our rooms are for single occupancy only. If a friend or relative is joining you then they should also book a single room. If this is the case let us know so that our managers can accommodate you near one another. What do I do for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Catering is not included in the accommodation fee. However, being in the centre of Nottingham some people like to eat out, and there are cafés on campus for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen has standard white goods plus basic crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, should you wish to eat in or prepare a packed lunch. How old do I need to be to stay in accommodation? You can stay more than one week in the accomodation and can stay in the same room - let our accommodation team know if you're staying for more than one week. Booking and Cancellations If you book your place and then need to cancel you must put your request in writing via email. If your request is received more than one week before your arrival date you'll receive a refund minus a £30 administration charge.
