Weekdays, 2 day short course spread over two weeks (including exam)

This in person short course is aimed at indivduals who are or intend to be supervisors in any part of the food and drink manufacturing sector.

On this course you will learn about the:

  • Food safety monitoring procedures
  • Identifying hazards to food safety
  • Appropriate action for hazards to food safety 
  • Improvements in food safety practice


Course delivery

This short course is delivered over two days, with the examination taking place at the end of the course.

Nottingham Trent University is an approved centre with The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).


Pre requisites:
  Level 2 qualification relating to Food Safety.


Examination
Multiple-choice examination, consisting of 45 questions. A score of 67% must be achieved to pass this exam or 85% to receive a distinction.

The duration of the examination is 90 minutes.
