MSc Finance Suite trip to Bank of England Museum and Bloomberg

Detailed Description

As mentioned by your course leaders, we are pleased to confirm a scheduled trip to London for all MSc Finance Suite students. The visit will take place on Tuesday, 1st July 2025, with coaches departing from Nottingham at approximately 7:00am, and returning around 7:00–8:00pm the same day.

To secure your place, we are asking for a £5 booking fee. 

Trip Highlights:
We’ll be taking approximately 150 students on a guided day through the heart of London’s financial district. The itinerary includes:
•    A visit to the Bank of England Museum (open to all students)
•    A tour and talk at Bloomberg’s iconic sustainable building, including access to their renowned staff pantry (this will be limited to 20 students – we will confirm the selection criteria shortly)
•    A walking tour of London’s Square Mile, the historic and financial centre of the city
We’ll accompany students on the Bank of England and Bloomberg visits, which will last around two hours. Afterward, students will be free to explore the city independently, armed with maps and recommended highlights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in London’s financial world while strengthening your cohort bonds and expanding your professional networks.
