Detailed Description

You can purchase a replacement student smart card onsite, directly from the Student Services Centre Front Desk at City, or Clifton campuses.

Cards can also be purchased onsite from any library at City, Clifton and Brackenhurst.

If you prefer to pay online, you can use the Online store for onsite collection, or have it posted to your home address.

We will process the card once we receive an e-receipt for orders that have requested to be posted.

If you require it to be posted to your home address, please allow 7-10 working days to receive your card.

If you prefer to pick up in person after paying online, please visit the SSC Front desk where it will be printed for you by an SSC Customer Adviser.

You will just need to quote your student id number.

If the lost card has been activated for use on Nottingham City Transport, you will need to visit their travel centre to have the card activated.
