An official transcript from the University confirming the modules undertaken, grades per module and overall classification. 

All purchases will be sent to your email indicated in the order via a password protected PDF attachment. Transcripts cannot be printed, if a hard copy is required please purchase the relevant additional postage and provide the postage address.

We aim to respond to your request within 10 working days.  

Most students (graduates from 2011 onward) are eligible for a free Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) which is an electronic transcript: https://www.ntu.ac.uk/studenthub/my-course/higher-education-achievement-report-hear. Please contact HEAR@ntu.ac.uk for more information.

Please note:
- We cannot provide transcripts for students who studied with an International Validation Service partner. 

- There are administrative charges attached to the production of replacement transcripts: these charges are detailed below. 

- For the purposes of providing an Academic Reference, NTU is obliged to include your qualification, and (where applicable) its full classification.

- Postgraduate Research students do not have transcripts. 

- We do not hold relevant information and records to provide HEARs or Transcripts for students who graduated prior to 1993.
