Detailed Description
Students whose term-time address is OFF campus and within the postcode exclusion zone (NG1–NG14) are not eligible unless they meet extenuating circumstances criteria.
Eligible students include those with:
• Disabilities and/or medical conditions expected to last longer than 12 months
• DWP carer responsibilities
• Other exceptional circumstances (subject to application approval)
Students must contact the relevant team for assessment and/or an application form prior to purchasing:

An access code will be required to complete purchase.

Students living on campus:
Parking is available at Peverill ONLY.
Parking is only available to residents who have purchased a valid parking permit via UPP for the 2026/27 academic year.
Permit applications are managed by the Residence Team and can be purchased mid to late August as part of the accommodation induction process.
Please note:
• All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
• For further information regarding parking permits, residents should contact their Residence Team directly (contact details are provided at the start of the accommodation handbook).
Important Restrictions:
By accepting accommodation at New Hall, residents agree to comply with the University’s agreement with the local authority, which states:
Residents must not bring or keep any motor vehicle in the City of Nottingham, except for a single trip at the beginning and end of term to transport belongings to and from the residence.
