In the modern world an organisation is often challenged to respond to crises; catastrophe and potential disasters can threaten our customers or our business or embarrass our stakeholders or staff at any moment.
No matter what size your business or what industry you work in, issues such as supply chain destabilisation, forced closure, death in the workplace, or an unexpected disaster can suddenly occur and demand our attention and intelligent management response.
Most importantly, that means being prepared and anticipating crises.
On this course, you’ll be introduced to the theory and practice of crisis management.
