Detailed Description

There are a very limited number of parking permits in the City for students who have a form of disability/medical condition making the use of public transport difficult. Students should contact the Student Disability Support team at [email protected] for assessment before purchasing a parking permit.

Blue Badge holders do not pay for parking. If you are a Blue Badge holder, please contact [email protected] providing Blue Badge details. 

An access code will be required to purchase an Extenuating Circumstances parking permit.
