Contemporary Drawing (Summer School)
Monday to Friday 10 am - 4 pm, one week
Indicative maximum class size: 14
This course is ideal for the beginner looking for an alternative approach to drawing, and to those with some experience who wish to get back into the studio, learn in a group and gain fresh approaches.
14th August 2017 – 18th August 2017
For the first session you should bring:
2 pencils (suggestion 4B and 9B)
Small bottle of black Indian drawing ink
Small bottle of sepia drawing ink (optional)
Fine liner pen
Chunky graphite stick
You may wish to bring an apron.
A digital camera will be required later in the course. You will also need to bring one old, unwanted garment which you will be cutting up.
You may need to provide paper and other materials as the course progresses. These will mostly be things you can easily find around the home or in local art shops.
